A small business owner had accumulated 20 years of tools, subscriptions, and software with no central record. Costs were unclear, renewal dates slipped by, and there was no reliable way to evaluate what to keep or cut.

What We Did

Built a systems audit framework directly inside the client's existing Airtable environment, capturing every tool, user, cost, renewal date, and client association. Delivered a living inventory the owner could maintain and query going forward.

Evaluated existing productivity tools to identify risks and opportunities, then scoped a full migration to Google Workspace. Consolidated Google Ads, Analytics, and Business Profile Manager under one environment and developed a change management plan to support the team through the transition.
